European Week of Regions and Cities

Call for side events 2023 is now open

Would you like to organise a side event of the #EURegionsWeek 2023?

Side events are events related to the thematic priorities of the #EURegionsWeek 2023. They are not part of the official programme but can count on a series of benefits linked to the #EURegionsWeek such as advertisement and branding!

Side events can be organised in an onsite, online or hybrid format throughout Europe and beyond and they must be organised between 9 September and 9 November 2023.

Partners are encouraged to organise their side events with a focus on cohesion policy related to retaining talent and discuss the challenges for small urban centres in building a greener, more innovative Europe. Last year 65 successful side events were organised in 16 different countries prolonging the debates about urban and regional policy in Europe, you can find the full report here.

To organise a side event, please read the #EURegionsWeek 2023 Call for Side Events and submit your Side Events online application by 23 June 2023, 12:00 CET at the latest.

Please note that only a limited number of side event applications will be selected.

We look forward to receiving your application!
