The 2019 edition of the Week of Regions and Cities is already a success with more than 300 applications to organise a session. Our secretariat has been working hard to make them available in the new Conference Content Management System that was presented on 21 May. Partners can now manage their sessions, add their speakers and edit their session description. The process is described in video tutorials. More information in the Partners section.

The partners' meeting will be held on 21 May from 11:00 to 12:30 at the EU Commission Berlaymont Building (Rue de la Loi, 200, 1000 Brussels; room Schumann) followed by a networking lunch.

Following an overwhelming response to the January to April open call, more than selected 300 partners are invited to meet in Brussels on 21 May. During the meeting, event partners will receive firsthand information about the coming EU Regions Week. Follow the meeting live

May we remind you the deadline of 29 March 2019 to apply online for becoming a partner of the European Week of Regions and Cities 2019. Applications must be submitted by Friday March 29 2019. The application form to be used is available on the 'Become a partner'-section of the event website: www.regions-and-cities.europa.eu.
